Our Recent Work
This 60k square foot parking lot was never sealed since paved 10 years ago. We caught it just in time with some hot crack filling of joints and some heavy brooming of quality commercial sealer. We than laid down some beautiful parking and handicap parking space lines and symbols.

COMMERCIAL ASPHALT PATCHING, CRACK FILLING, SEALCOATING AND LINE STRIPING
This parking lot needed a large amount of asphalt patching around the entry way. After removing all the loose asphalt, we filled it with some commercial patch and sealed all the joints with hot crack filler. We then brushed on sealcoating and striped the lines with fresh paint.
COMMERCIAL HOT CRACK FILING AND SEALCOATING
We prepped this 250k square foot parking lot and then applied hot filler to all the cracks and joints. We then sprayed this parking lot with two coats of commercial heavy traffic sealer.
COMMERCIAL SEALCOATING AND LINE STRIPING
We seal coated their brand new asphalt parking and then measured out brand new parking lot spaces and striped the lot.

Added some fresh new parking lot lines and handicapped spots. This will improve the traffic flow and make the business stand out.

This parking lot needed a tone of cleanup. We were able to revive it with hot crack filing and sealcoating.

This smaller commercial office building was hungry for some sealer. We cleaned up the hot crack filled the joints, layed down some broomed sealcoating and resprayed the parking lines in white.
